Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 3 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance, including U.S. GAAP accounting
- Prior experience with ERP financial systems (e.g., SAP)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for the collection of client receivables according to contractual agreements, which involves reviewing, maintaining, and resolving disputes related to clinical trial revenue, study accounts receivable aging, and patient accounts. Duties include monitoring assigned accounts, contacting sponsors/CROs regarding unpaid invoices, investigating disputes, and reconciling financial study data.
