Job Description

Genesys empowers organizations of all sizes to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. Through Genesys Cloud, the AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform, organizations can accelerate growth by delivering empathetic, personalized experiences at scale to drive customer loyalty, workforce engagement, efficiency and operational improvements.

We employ more than 6,000 people across the globe who embrace empathy and cultivate collaboration to succeed. And, while we offer great benefits and perks like larger tech companies, our employees have the independence to make a larger impact on the company and take ownership of their work. Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.

AI transformation at Genesys shapes how teams work, make decisions, and deliver meaningful customer outcomes at scale. As a Transformation Readiness Manager, you will lead the people side of AI adoption across the enterprise, ensuring AI tools are embedded into daily workflows in ways that drive measurable business results. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, behavior change, and technology, partnering with senior leaders to translate AI investments into sustained performance improvement. At Genesys, we embrace empathy, move forward together, and go big in reimagining how organizations deliver exceptional experiences, and this role is central to building that capability internally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies that drive measurable behavior change and business impact across functional areas

  • Own end-to-end change strategies for AI-enabled initiatives, aligning adoption plans with evolving business priorities and governance requirements

  • Partner with senior leaders in transformation, technology, and business functions to influence strategy and embed AI into core workflows

  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments focused on workflow redesign, capability gaps, and organizational risk

  • Design and implement engagement programs, champion networks, and leader enablement initiatives that accelerate sustained adoption

  • Define and track adoption metrics, translating data into actionable insights that continuously refine strategy in a fast-moving AI landscape

  • Coach leaders and managers through ambiguity, enabling confident decision-making as AI capabilities and use cases evolve

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate 5 to 7+ years of experience leading change management, digital transformation, or organizational development initiatives within enterprise environments

  • Deliver measurable adoption outcomes across complex, cross-functional programs with clear business impact

  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple business units with strong executive presence and communication skills

  • Apply analytical thinking to define adoption metrics, assess impact, and translate insights into practical action plans

  • Navigate ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities with resilience and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Support AI, automation, or advanced technology adoption initiatives within enterprise settings

  • Apply management consulting experience to enterprise-scale transformation efforts

  • Design human-centered change strategies that move beyond traditional, compliance-driven methodologies
