Job Description
Keysight accelerates innovation in commercial communications, aerospace and defense, automotive, grid and energy, semiconductor and manufacturing, and general electronics. If you are energized by the opportunity to help engineering teams advance 5G/6G, reimagine transportation, deliver mission-critical solutions, ensure network and device security, and leverage AI using world-class test and measurement solutions, we invite you to apply.
We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Engineer with strong technical depth and a disciplined approach to portfolio marketing. You should be able to quickly learn new technologies, articulate customer value with clarity, and create content and programs that resonate with engineering buyers and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
As part of Keysight’s Portfolio Marketing team, you can work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This role focuses on three core areas:
- Define strategy for global campaigns
You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global marketing campaigns for Keysight’s solutions. This includes creating high-quality content—messaging, white papers, use cases, eBooks, demos, videos, and webinars—that highlights both new product introductions and established solutions. Your work will connect customer application challenges and Keysight’s unique technical advantages. - Execute high-impact programs with cross-functional teams
You will collaborate with global campaign teams, product management, and dedicated marcom resources to design programs that grow and influence your target audiences. Your goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality pipeline for Keysight’s solutions. - Measure impact and continuously optimize
You will ensure your campaigns align with Keysight’s communication channels and brand standards. You will monitor program performance, analyze audience behavior, and optimize content and tactics to meet measurable goals. You will have access to a full set of creative and operational resources, including designers, branding, email, and content experts, to help you execute at scale.
We are looking for someone who brings initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge assumptions to raise the bar for the entire team.

- 3+ years of experience developing technical or product marketing content and programs
- Experience building global marketing programs with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, structured, and actionable plans
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and customer value
- Strong analytical abilities: experience with Eloqua, Domo, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience developing solution-oriented marketing assets (messaging, white papers, eBooks, videos, webinars, etc.)
- Successful track record working with global and cross-functional teams
