Job Description

Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Destination Experience Specialist. In this role, you will assist travelers in planning and organizing memorable vacation experiences while providing helpful guidance and support throughout the process.

Working remotely, you will help clients explore destinations, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure their trip details are accurate and well organized. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service while helping clients turn their travel ideas into well-planned journeys.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching destinations, and staying organized while working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to plan personalized travel experiences and itineraries

  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel services to match client preferences

  • Arrange and confirm reservations including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities

  • Provide helpful travel suggestions and destination insights based on client interests and budgets

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Assist with itinerary changes, updates, and service requests when needed

  • Maintain organized records of client profiles, bookings, and travel documentation

  • Participate in training programs, team meetings, and ongoing development opportunities
