Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes.
Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
