Role Description
- Define, build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.
- Accountable for identifying and overcoming end-to-end, cross-functional problems in technical domains across client and/or server infrastructure.
- Lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve business problems via strategic thinking and on-the-ground leadership.
- Drive and influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.
- Define and deliver on technical requirements that solve people or product problems, platform or infra requirements in conjunction with partners.
- Define metrics & measurement, rollout, and scalable and sustainable operational plans.
- Identify and improve inefficiencies in operation.
- Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 years of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
- Experience in technical product/program management.
- Evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions.
- Working across organizations to drive business decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Planning, deploying, or operation of cloud infrastructure technology.
- Analytical, ambiguous problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Scaling and connecting programs in a dynamic environment.

- 2 years of experience in the following:
- Technical product/program management.
- Evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions.
- Working across organizations to drive business decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Planning, deploying, or operation of cloud infrastructure technology.
- Analytical, ambiguous problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Scaling and connecting programs in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
- $229,222/year to $270,820/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
