Role Description
As the Product Marketing Manager for Supplier Solutions, you will specialize in Avetta’s compliance management and workplace safety offerings for suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors. You’ll play a critical role in positioning, messaging, and driving go-to-market success for Avetta’s offerings. Your deep understanding of the needs and challenges of suppliers and contractors serving hiring clients will shape product strategy, support marketing campaigns, elevate market awareness, and enable sales growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, supply chain dynamics, and worksite safety ensuring that compliance management, risk management, and supply chain sustainability solutions are effectively positioned and successfully adopted across a global supplier base serving multiple industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Market & customer intelligence: Become the expert on our supplier and contractor customer personas, their business value drivers, needs, and pain points.
- Messaging & positioning: Develop thought leadership platforms and high-quality content to support marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and sales initiatives.
- Product launch & GTM strategy: Take a lead role in collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Marketing to develop winning value propositions, plan and execute effective new product introductions, product releases, and pricing updates.
- Enable growth: Understand and support our sales channels and sales enablement team to develop programs, playbooks, and assets.
- Performance tracking & reporting: Set goals and objectives, report on progress, and optimize strategy and tactics based on data to ensure performance to plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, and at least 2 years’ experience in a market-facing role (e.g. relevant experience in target industry, working with customers and prospects, etc.).
- Proven ability to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Figma, etc.
- Experience using generative AI tools to enhance productivity and output.
- Experience marketing Source to Pay, Supplier Sourcing, or Supplier Performance Management technology.
- Experience targeting buyers of Supplier Management, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), Supply Chain Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Knowledge of supply chain dynamics in Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities or other relevant sectors.
- Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and third parties.
- Experience marketing platform-based SaaS solutions.
- Energy, drive, an appetite to learn and collaborate, and willingness to work hard.
Requirements
- The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $145,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
