Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of core AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
- Strong experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and system administration.
- Solid understanding of AWS security principles, shared responsibility model, and best practices for securing cloud environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including subnetting, routing, load balancing, firewall rules, and VPN connectivity.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional development teams.

The Senior Cloud Architect provides subject matter expertise to a federal customer on cloud service implementation, configuration, migration, delivery, and performance management. This role involves leading the design, engineering, and optimization of complex cloud environments, developing scalable architectures, automation frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
This role is responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, and support of the enterprise infrastructure, focusing on implementing DevOps culture and improving developer experience through automation within an Agile framework. Key duties include designing and implementing GCP infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
The Senior Cloud Engineer I will lead the design, administration, and advancement of the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID ecosystem, ensuring collaboration and identity platforms are secure and optimized for a distributed workforce. Responsibilities include configuring M365 services, hardening Entra ID, owning Exchange Online configuration, and developing automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
