**Your Role:** - Partnering with Product Management to define AI-enabled capabilities that drive real competitive advantage - Vetting ideas early to ensure they are technically viable, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy - Architecting AI-driven systems that balance performance, latency, accuracy, cost, and operational complexity - Designing end-to-end data flows that integrate seamlessly into Sangoma’s UCaaS and CCaaS environments - Guiding engineering teams with clear architectural specifications and measurable design principles - Ensuring AI components are secure, resilient, observable, and production-ready - Participating in design workshops, roadmap discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions You will help ensure that what we build is not only innovative, but durable, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform evolution.
