Role Description
You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Allied Clinician Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. You will proactively solve problems, fill open jobs for Allied Clinicians across all specialties, and ultimately grow these strategic relationships to maintain and expand our business. The Client Account Manager, Allied will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution-oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as:
- How and when jobs are posted
- Upcoming projects or staffing challenges
- Job submission requirements
- Interview and offer process cadence
You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Allied Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Client Account Manager, Allied will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Allied Clinicians.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in Nursing or Allied healthcare staffing, either in Account Management or Recruitment
- Experience operating within a VMS
- Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business within Allied healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write reports, create presentations, and hold challenging conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- AAS or Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 4 years of travel healthcare staffing Account Management, with experience focused on Allied Health professions

Salary Range
Annual Base Salary Range: $79,292 — $89,203 USD
