• The Vice President, Health System Experience is the senior executive responsible for shaping, elevating, and expanding Shields’ strategic relationships within designated health system partner accounts. • This role serves as the executive face of Shields to key partners and is accountable for delivering a world‑class partner experience, ensuring operational and contractual excellence, and driving long-term strategic growth. • The VP will collaborate closely with Regional Leadership and cross‑functional teams to align enterprise priorities, translate partner needs into actionable strategies, and ensure Shields is positioned as a trusted advisor to health system executives.
