- Conduct audience and market analysis across multiple franchises and touchpoints using mixed-method research approaches.
- Execute end-to-end client research projects, including survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for sales, marketing, and editorial teams.
- Maintain and grow proprietary insights panels, ensuring data quality and participant engagement.
- Analyze first-party data from surveys, ad performance, and subscriber behavior to answer key business questions.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor audience trends, campaign performance, and franchise health.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in research or analytics at a digital publisher, agency, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of survey design, programming, distribution, and analysis methodologies.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools; solid understanding of basic statistics and research methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, data-driven narratives to support business decisions.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
