Job Summary
The Vice President of Creative is responsible for leading the agency’s creative vision and campaign development. This role oversees creative strategy, messaging development, and campaign concepts that drive donor engagement and fundraising success.
The VP of Creative works closely with fundraising strategy, analytics, and client services teams to ensure creative solutions align with client objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the creative team.
- Oversee creative direction across client campaigns.
- Establish creative standards and processes.
- Support hiring and development of creative staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative concepts for fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure creative work aligns with strategy and client goals.
- Collaborate with design, production, and strategy teams to execute campaigns.
- Participate in campaign planning and client presentations.
- Maintain high standards of creative excellence across deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging creative strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- This is primarily a remote position requiring the ability to work from a home office or remote location with reliable internet and phone service.
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings, requiring clear communication and active listening.
- Occasional travel for team meetings, client engagements, or company events may be required depending on the role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a digital environment requiring prioritization and time management.
Work Location & Travel
This role is remote-friendly. Candidates located near one of our office hubs may be asked to work on a hybrid schedule. Employees outside of these areas may occasionally travel for team meetings, training sessions, or company events.
