Job Requirements
- 8+ years in sales, application engineering, customer service, or other customer-facing roles within an engineering company
- Engineering degree or higher, ideally with specialization in CFD, FEA, or EM
- Professional experience with CAD/CAE software and implementing solutions involving AI
- Proven experience demonstrating simulation, PLM, or ERP software to technical experts, management, and executives
- Skilled and persuasive communicator, able to engage diverse audiences, build trust, and drive alignment
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability
