Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management communications, or a similar role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels of leadership
- Ability to manage communications for complex projects, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is a bonus
