We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our operations by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring that we maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in our processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication within the company and with external partners, handling correspondence, organizing data, and assisting in various projects to help drive the company’s vision forward. Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for executives
- Organize and maintain filing systems for important company documents
- Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations as needed
- Handle office inventory and supply procurement to ensure operations run smoothly
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members and executives
- Assist with project management tasks and track progress on various initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus
