Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years with Medicare telesales experience
- 2-3+ years of extensive knowledge of Medicare products and telesales leadership operating model (i.e. coaching, training, developing)
- 2-3+ years of experience with managing to call center KPIs
- High degree of computer and data literacy (Microsoft office and call center technologies)
- Life & Health insurance license is a plus but not required to be employed (required to obtain within 90 days from employment start date)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver superior quality of work in efficient manner

The Enterprise Sales Executive will focus on client acquisition and revenue growth within the SLED markets, actively driving and managing the sales engagement from prospecting through closing. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, positioning Gordian as a market leader, and managing complex deals across a multi-state territory.
