Pay is $17.25 - $21.56 which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

 

Conduent is looking for an organized and detail‑focused Exceptions Processing Coordinator to support our customer account and financial operations. In this role, you will process refunds, research account history, assist with reconciliations, and help resolve chargebacks and returned checks.

Responsibilities

  • Process closed account and open account refunds to customers
  • Research customer financial history and notate accounts when necessary
  • Generate production detail reports to perform and end of day close out
  • Assist with daily and monthly reconciliations of issued and outstanding checks
  • Respond to chargeback disputes and returned checks while adjusting customer account balances 

 

Requirements

  • Have High School Diploma
  • Have a minimum of (2) years of experience working in a financial or customer service role
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work effectively from a home office 
  • Can travel to the office as business needs arise

 

Preferred

  • Hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.25 – 21.56.
