Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, from requirements through deployment and production support • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures • Write high-quality, well-tested code, apply maintainable design patterns, and participate in code reviews • Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into secure, reliable technical solutions • Ensure data integrity, security, performance, and overall platform reliability across the Salesforce ecosystem • Document solutions, follow CI/CD and Salesforce DX best practices, and continuously reduce technical debt and improve scalability

Job Requirements

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation OR equivalent experience in backend/web development (Node.js, Java, React) with demonstrated Salesforce platform exposure
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and security model design
Experience building and maintaining API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party or internal systems
Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work independently on complex projects while collaborating effectively within a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect).
