Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product operations in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
- Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product workflows and decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Identify meaningful product opportunities by working closely with: Care Guides and operations teams
- Client Success and Sales teams
- Engineering and data teams
- Employer clients and broker partners
- Synthesize insights from across the organization to define clear problems worth solving and guide product direction.
- Help translate Medefy’s business goals into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, design, and development.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across Medefy’s platform, including areas such as: Care navigation intelligence
- Provider and healthcare pricing insights
- Internal operational automation
- Member engagement and decision support
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify practical ways to incorporate them into Medefy’s products and internal workflows.
- Partner closely with engineering to move ideas into execution.
- Work with engineers to: Clarify problems and expected outcomes
- Break initiatives into achievable phases
- Ensure technical and business perspectives stay aligned
- Maintain a prioritized backlog that reflects real product priorities and expected impact.

- Remote Work Environment: This position is performed remotely in a home-office setting.
- The employee must ensure a quiet, private workspace free from distractions and suitable for video conferencing and focused work.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8+ hours per day).
- Frequent use of a computer keyboard, mouse, and screen; ability to type at least 55 WPM.
- Occasional movement within the home office environment (e.g., retrieving office supplies or documents).
- Vision abilities required include close vision for computer use and reading documentation, with or without corrective lenses.
