Job Description

Were seeking an organized and client-driven Event & Experience Consultant to help bring ideas to life through thoughtful coordination and precise execution. In this fully remote role, youll support clients by managing logistics, overseeing details, and ensuring every experience is handled smoothly from concept through completion.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing moving parts, and transforming plans into well-executed, memorable experiences.

What Youll Do:

  • Connect with clients to understand their vision, priorities, and timelines
  • Coordinate schedules, reservations, and key experience components
  • Manage confirmations, updates, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide proactive follow-up and professional communication throughout the process
  • Ensure all planning elements are organized, documented, and executed seamlessly
