Job Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and basic lookup functions required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights required
- Familiarity with life sciences, healthcare, or consulting environments required
- Experience working in a team-based, fast-paced environment required
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau highly preferred
- Strong storytelling and communication capabilities in writing and in presentations, ability to simplify complexity for non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with experience in option generation and moving work forward based on imperfect information
- Intellectual curiosity about how life sciences companies create value and a drive to stay ahead of emerging trends
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
