The Sr Analyst HR Agile & Transformation will be accountable for driving business outcomes through analytics, change management, and organization design, serving as a critical partner to business leadership and HR Business Partners (Strategic Business and Talent Partners). This organization allows for more flexibility and responsiveness, enabling teams to respond quickly to changing needs and focus on the talent work that matters most.  Candidates in this role must be able to operate in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment, providing both strategic and hands-on leadership.  In addition, candidates must be able to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Major Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

  • Org Design – Apply best practice standard tools, templates against org design needs ensuring outcomes at the right price point.
  • Analytics and Insights – Leverage data and research to form insights, leverage insights to tell the problem story, influence and co-create talent solutions in service of business problems.
  • Change Management - Consult, design, and implement change management strategy and plan components against business initiatives.
  • Project Management – Leverage project management tools / templates to organize project scope and ensure progress against timelines.
  • The ability to manage and lead large transformation projects.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships externally and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to facilitate senior level discussions and decisions.
  • Ability to self-motivate, stay organized and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities on a global level.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Excellent data-drive, business writing skills.
  • Proactively raise, recommend, and resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and develop trusting relationships, using a high degree of tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to use sound judgment, work independently, set priorities, and organize work to accomplish complex tasks efficiently within stringent deadlines.
  • The ability to learn quickly and creatively problem-solve.

 

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum Bachelor degree. Candidates with an MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated breadth of experience in majority / all of the following areas:
    • Leading talent, performance and org related projects
    • Leveraging data and insights to solve business problems
    • Serving as a trusted collaborator and advisor with senior leadership and HR partners
    • Advanced project management skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
