- Colorado resident
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent years of experience and/or Product Management certification
- Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience
- Prior management/leadership experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to balance strategy, discovery, and delivery
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization
- Experience partnering with and influencing executives, stakeholders, and business partners at all levels of an organization
