✍ Short Description
We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads) to take full ownership of paid acquisition and scale performance across active products. This is a highly execution-focused, in-platform role where the candidate will manage campaigns in real time, optimize budgets with precision, and drive growth through fast decision-making and strong collaboration with the creative team.

💼 Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution & Real-Time Scaling
Own day-to-day execution of Meta Ads campaigns
Manage budgets with hourly precision during peak U.S. traffic windows
Execute ABO scaling strategies with controlled, incremental increases
Make fast kill/scale decisions based on live performance data
Creative Testing & Feedback Loop
Work closely with creative strategists and editors to test creatives at scale
Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats quickly
Provide clear feedback and direction for new creative variations
Detect creative fatigue early and trigger new iterations
Campaign Structure & Scaling Systems
Design and manage campaign architecture (testing, scaling, retargeting, evergreen)
Build repeatable scaling playbooks from testing budgets to high-spend levels
Tracking, Reporting & Seasonal Execution
Deliver clear daily and weekly reporting (spend, CPA, ROAS, creative performance)
Plan and execute campaigns around seasonality and peak traffic windows
✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)
5+ years of experience in performance marketing / DTC / direct response roles
Proven ownership of revenue targets or P&L, not just campaign management
Strong experience with real-time scaling and budget management
Deep understanding of how creative, media buying, and data work together
Experience managing campaigns at $500K+/month spend levels
Highly execution-focused with a strong operator mindset (able to act quickly based on data)

Experience in consumer software, web apps, or SaaS
Strong understanding of high-velocity creative testing environments
Experience working with structured scaling systems and performance-driven teams
