We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Remote Travel Advisor to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and planning support to ensure each itinerary is prepared clearly and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel plans.
• Assist with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation.
• Assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments occur.
• Emphasize reliability, strong organizational skills, and professional client service while helping travelers prepare seamless travel experiences.
