Job Description

• Collaborate with our most strategic and complex merchants to deeply understand their business goals and craft tailored solutions. • Advocate for and run the next level innovative solutions through cross-functional collaboration. • Support key sales stages including demos, warehouse tours, RFPs, vendor assessments, and technical evaluations. • Immerse yourself in merchants’ technical environments to uncover opportunities and guide scalable solution design. • Develop and communicate a clear technical vision and implementation roadmap for product launches. • Maintain deep expertise in industry trends and competitive differentiators to position value effectively. • Stay closely aligned with the product roadmap and evangelize new features with customers.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in sales engineering, supporting merchants in SaaS and e-commerce environments, blending technical acumen with customer-centric problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, technical solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby).
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Implementation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills to build trust with merchants, simplify technical concepts, and drive alignment across diverse audiences.
  • Experience building repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices that scale Sales Engineering operations and improve team efficiency.
