Licensed Mental Health Therapists will provide specialized telehealth therapy services exclusively for autistic and neurodivergent adults, focusing on delivering affirming and accessible mental health care. Clinicians will manage client care while the company handles administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition.
The therapist will conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations and treat PTSD and related conditions using evidence-based psychotherapies, spending approximately 29 hours per week in direct patient care within an intensive treatment model. Responsibilities also include managing clinical risk, leading skills groups, assisting with care coordination logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation records are maintained.
