Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, logistics, supply chain, carrier operations)
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategies that drive scalable, high-quality operations. Direct experience with logistics operations and multi-market shipping networks is a strong plus.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable processes, systems, and operating models. You default to repeatable systems over one-off solutions.
- Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations and decisions. Proficiency in SQL or analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior leadership.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You've operated in high-growth environments where the playbook didn't exist yet, and you wrote it anyway.
