The manager will actively engage with Marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives and customer needs, developing and executing integrated digital and omnichannel campaigns based on data. They are also responsible for developing customer-centric messaging, managing regulatory-approved content adaptation, and increasing asset visibility through training and categorization.

The intern will support brand awareness, marketing operations, and event execution across the Precision Medicine Group businesses, assisting with both internal and external communications and social media efforts. Key duties also involve supporting conference and event logistics, planning virtual and in-person events, and assisting with lead tracking and performance reporting.

The Marketing Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, dialing leads from assigned campaigns and transferring calls to Sales Executives, Telemarketing Agents, or Customer Service to sell timeshares or marketing packages, or resolve membership issues. This role requires maintaining a positive demeanor, meeting performance goals, and ensuring guests meet minimum eligibility requirements for sales center tours.
