Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience producing case studies end-to-end (sourcing → interview → writing → approvals → publication)
- Experience building and managing a customer advocacy pipeline in partnership with Sales/CS
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt for different audiences (enterprise, technical, business)
- Solid project management skills; able to run multiple programs simultaneously
- Experience creating content that Sales and CS teams actively use
