Job Description

Role Description

Phase 2 seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development teams alongside our Lead Consultant and Technical Leads. This is a remote-first hybrid position for Oklahoma City-based candidates.

  • Driving software delivery by serving the engineering team
  • Facilitating internal and external team meetings (daily stand-ups, biweekly planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Managerial oversight of team timesheets, invoice preparations, and client budget projections
  • Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, partner teams, and executives
  • Removing obstacles that impede team and release progress
  • Maintaining regular client reporting of budget projections, release timelines, and risk logs
  • Coaching teams to improve our software development best practices
  • Ensuring meetings are productive, prepared with an agenda, and meaningful notes are recorded
  • Assist in onboarding new team members
  • Release management facilitation

Qualifications

  • Proficient in leading software development teams using broad agile project management methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc.)
  • Desire to apply a unique brand of these methodologies
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement in themselves and others
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients as a project and organizational consultant
  • Dedication to servant leadership for our team and client needs
