Role Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards;
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Compliance etc) to deliver complex features and integrations;
• Plan, manage, and track project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes;
• Act as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication;
• Proactively identify delivery risks and blockers; drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed;
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate product requirements into actionable delivery plans;
• Monitor progress using KPIs and delivery metrics; provide regular status updates to leadership;
• Support roadmap execution and ensure effective prioritization across initiatives;
• Contribute to improving internal workflows, documentation standards, and project governance practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in product or tech companies);
• Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional and technical projects;
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery frameworks;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar);
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills;
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment;
• Upper-intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).

Requirements

• Experience in blockchain, fintech, AML, or cybersecurity domains;
• Technical background (experience working closely with engineering teams, understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations);
• Experience managing integrations with external partners or enterprise clients;
• Familiarity with data-driven product environments and analytics workflows;
• Experience working in remote and distributed teams;
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications;
