Job Description

• Help simplify, scale, and support HRIS system — Workday • Partner closely with People Operations, Talent, Finance, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to analyze technology and process gaps • Design solutions, implement technology, and support launches • Act as the functional subject matter expert for Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking • Drive configuration, process improvements, and end-to-end system support • Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolutions across HRIS, Payroll, and integration partners • Perform data audits, monitor integration feeds, and ensure data integrity across systems • Manage bi-annual Workday releases, evaluating feature updates, testing new functionality, and recommending adoption strategies

Job Requirements

3-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws and practices
Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems (such as payroll providers, benefit carriers, or time collection systems) is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Self-starter, highly motivated, eager to improve everything you touch
Excellent writing and communication skills
