Role Description
AvidXchange is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for key capabilities within our Customer Management Platform (CMP). This role is responsible for driving the roadmap and delivery of foundational platform capabilities that ensure accurate, trusted, and scalable buyer and supplier data across the AvidXchange ecosystem. The Senior Manager will lead a small team of product managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities. This role blends strategic thinking with strong execution, helping translate company and platform strategy into impactful product outcomes.
What You'll Do:

Buyer and Supplier Mastering
- Define and manage the system of record for buyer and supplier identities across platforms.
- Ensure consistent, accurate entity representation to support downstream operational and payment systems.

Matching Logic & Stewardship
- Drive entity matching logic, survivorship strategies, and exception handling workflows.
- Enable scalable data stewardship through tooling, workflows, and operational partnerships.
- Continuously improve data accuracy, consolidation rates, and automation.

Data Enrichment & Third-Party Integrations
- Support integration of third-party data sources to enrich buyer and supplier profiles.
- Balance enrichment depth, data quality, cost, and business value.
- Partner with internal data and engineering teams to operationalize enrichment capabilities.

Digital Enrollment & Verification
- Lead supplier digital enrollment experiences, including identity verification and compliance checks.
- Enable scalable, low-friction onboarding that supports payment automation and risk mitigation.

Platform Enablement for Payments
- Ensure CMP capabilities effectively support payment execution, automation, and expansion initiatives.
- Partner closely with payments and downstream systems teams to maintain strong platform alignment.
Success in this role is measured by:
- Improvements in data accuracy.
- Automation rates.
- Supplier onboarding scalability.
- Payment execution reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience, including experience managing or mentoring product managers.
- Experience working on platform products, data-driven systems, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and data teams on complex systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
