Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college and/or trade school preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience working in interior residential construction or related field.
- Valid driver’s license ability to travel to multiple sites required.
- Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure accurately, and perform basic math calculations (including fractions and decimals).
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and safely.
- Ability to make informed decisions on minor issues within company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safe work procedures in all environments.
