• Own and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds clarity, trust, and engagement across the company • Lead the Internal Communications team, continuing to scale its impact through clear ownership, strong craft, and thoughtful talent growth • Partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders as a trusted advisor on employee communications, change management, and alignment • Drive compelling, proactive storytelling that connects company strategy, customer insights, product progress, and culture • Drive engagement across all employee channels and events (in-person and virtual), including company-wide and org-level All Hands, AMAs, leadership offsites, Slack campaigns, email cascades, toolkits, and our internal intranet • Guide internal communications during periods of change, ensuring messages are clear, well-sequenced, and aligned to our values • Regularly partner with the external communications team on milestones, including product launches, customer progress, and corporate activities (e.g., quarterly earnings, M&A) • Establish strong operating rhythms, measurement, and feedback loops to continuously improve employee understanding and engagement
