This role supports the Continuous Improvement culture by actively promoting and facilitating CI methods across operations, managing CI resources to drive performance improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth through data-driven efforts. The manager will supervise a team of CI professionals, lead complex supply chain projects, interact with senior management, and coach business owners on utilizing engineering, data analysis, and Lean methods for operational excellence.
