Job Description
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance the financial performance of each asset.
• Perform tasks in all aspects of asset management including acquisitions and dispositions, property leasing, and operations.
• Lead the on-boarding or disposition process and execute on asset-level and portfolio-level business plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentration in business or finance.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate (retail, industrial, office).
- Minimum of 2 years in commercial real estate asset management.
- Ability to travel 25% of the month across U.S. markets.
