Job Description
• Accountable for leading profitable operations of multiple stores
• Analyze sales, financial, and store reporting to assess opportunities
• Communicate with regional team to drive alignment
• Teach and coach store leaders on performance problems
• Develop leaders and build a pipeline for store leaders
• Maximize inventory productivity and improve operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years prior merchandising and/or operational experience
- At least 5 years leadership experience, preferably big box retail
- Ability to work a flexible, minimum 55 hour weekly schedule
