Job Description

• Execute upon the annual sales strategy to drive growth and profitability. • Establish and monitor KPIs across all regions, ensuring accountability and alignment with corporate objectives. • Lead, coach, and develop their sales teams, ensuring succession planning and career development. • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations to align sales initiatives with organizational goals. • Oversight into financial performance of the sales function, including forecasting, pricing integrity, and achievement to budget. • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors nationwide. • Drive accountability through sales enablement tools (ie: Power BI) to improve pipeline visibility and team productivity. • Manage strategic relationships to optimize outcomes for both company and customers. • Represent the company at national trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events. • Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. • Travel required (up to 50%-75%) including customer visits, training support, tradeshows, participating in workshops and industry functions. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and professional associations. • Assist in the recruitment process to build and train an efficient and dedicated sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in multi-regional or national leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media applications.
  • Proven ability to lead sales organizations, grow market share, and manage national accounts in a specialty retail or consumer durable products environment.
