• Manage an existing portfolio of mid-major and major ministry partners – cultivating, stewarding and soliciting on an annual basis. • Research and identify potential new ministry partners. • Engage existing ministry partners in identifying potential new partners for the organization. • Organize donor and prospect gatherings. • Coordinate with communications and events teams. • Focus on small, private events. • Enter all actions in donor database – Virtuous. • Draft a monthly report communicating key functions. • Attend all team and staff meetings. • Travel as necessary to meet with and engage donors. • Grow portfolio giving year after year. • Work with Vice President of Development to create an annual partner engagement plan. • Track all donations to ensure we properly thank mid-major and major ministry partners. • Assist in securing sponsorships for the Colson Center ministry events.
