• Drive journalist outreach in coordination with agency partner • Source and develop compelling client and technologist stories for media placement • Monitor and identify trends to pitch our story during timely news moments • Coordinate reporter interviews, follow-up, and media prep for spokespeople • Maintain and organize press kit, reporter database, and placement tracker • Identify and pitch earned opportunities for Andela leaders • Track speaker and podcast pipelines and maintain internal calendar • Coordinate briefing documents and speaker logistics • Collaborate with social media team to repurpose audio/video into social clips and owned content • Manage and grow relationships with media contacts, podcast producers, editors, and industry gatekeepers • Coordinate with internal and external partners, board members, investors, and consultants for warm intros and opportunities for engagements • Support strategic partnership storytelling
