• Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance • Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options • Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups • Accurately document activity and maintain customer records • Meet individual sales activity and production expectations
