Job Description

• Provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for client treatment • Ensure adherence to professional boundaries • Co-Facilitate therapy sessions to address therapeutic needs • Oversee caseload and delivery of therapy as per treatment plan • Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities • Provide guidance during client and family meals • Contribute to treatment team discussions • Engage in multidisciplinary case conceptualization • Foster communication within the team • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations • Assist with milieu management • Communicate with Utilization Review team • Generate detailed discharge plans

Job Requirements

Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Washington state
Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required
Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required
DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
Computer proficiency required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
