Job Requirements

Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSWC
Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Passion for making a positive impact on the mental well-being of others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and supportive clinic culture.
