• The Celigo / NetSuite Consultant works directly with customers and Hairball teammates to lead and execute integration and NetSuite consulting projects. • This role sits within the Implementation and Continued Success teams and is responsible for designing, building, and delivering reliable integrations between NetSuite and leading cloud platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and others. • You are expected to own projects end to end, speak confidently with customers, and deliver solutions that actually work in production. • Lead end-to-end integration projects from discovery through go-live. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation. • Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical integration designs. • Map and validate data between systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability. • Configure and develop integrations using Celigo’s integrator.io platform. • Integrate NetSuite with systems such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shops, marketplace and other cloud applications. • Execute full end-to-end testing, including edge cases and real-world scenarios. • Support customers during go-live and post-go-live stabilization. • Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to customer teams. • Train customers on proper usage and best practices of Celigo’s integration platform. • Assist with NetSuite consulting tasks as needed, with a focus on real operational outcomes.
