Job Description
• Identify and engage prospective clients in need of hiring support
• Introduce TrueFit Talent’s flat-rate recruiting model
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Close new client agreements and hand off accounts for delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to align on target industries and roles
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, recruiting sales, or staffing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role
Benefits
- Straight commission (1099 contractor), no base pay
- Earn a percentage of the flat-rate fee for each new client you bring on
- Commission is paid after the client's payment is received
- No cap on earnings
