• You'll own our dual-channel marketing strategy: managing email campaigns and WhatsApp messaging to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned checkouts, increase average order value, and build customer loyalty in the fashion space. • Design & execute email campaigns that segment audiences, test messaging, and convert browsers into buyers • Manage WhatsApp marketing flows using Klaviyo (if you've experience with another tool we can try that), promotional sequences, and customer re-engagement campaigns • Monitor & report critical metrics to optimize performance continuously • A/B test subject lines, copy, timing, and offers to maximize open rates, click rates, and conversions • Collaborate with the team on seasonal changes and special promotions • Identify trends & opportunities in customer behavior to inform strategy
