Job Description
• Oversee 7-10 jail kitchens and provide leadership to management teams
• Take weekly or bi-weekly inventories and monitor unit staffing levels
• Make monthly “surprise” visits for quality control checks
• Communicate regularly with corporate office staff regarding accounting paperwork
Job Requirements
- Institutional food service (preferably cafeteria or correctional)
- Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass multiple criminal background checks and drug test.
- Minimum 5 years multi-unit management and/or industrial food service experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Above average knowledge of computers (PC) and peripheral equipment.
